There's no actual market on the imageboards they're posting these in, so what gives? What's the end game?

Best explanation I saw what it's just some backwater Russian website that posts shit on basically any imageboard they can find. There's no captcha here so they post. There was a shock lack of those spam posts when October 7th happened, however. They probably post them because it costs them nothing and in the even they do trap some retard into buying their shit, it's all profit for them. VPNs are a dime a dozen. So it's either a bunch of meth smoking Russian faggots or typical tricks from the usual suspects.
