He had nothing to say, just talking about his match with Roman at SS.
I've never been to a live event, but I've tried to.

I honestly don't even know how he became The Main Eventer. Sure he has the physic and the acrobatics, work ethic, and ability to project his voice, but how did he get from day 1 to main event? I don't remember him coming on the scene. I think I stopped watching one day, and he fucking appeared in the main event next time I payed attention. I'll have to find a video.

It's like if Scotty 2 Hotty got elevated to Main Event status from taking a Captain America injection.

How he went from Wigger to Captain America is just beyond me. It always seemed like he was telling people what to do in the ring, like I could always see him shouting direction to others, nobody could improv around him at any point in time like he had too much pull in the locker room.
This is also the era of ultra scripted matches which I find abhorrent. There's so much room to work the crowd, but you would probably get lynched nowadays for going off script as if scripted wrestling is a sign of peak skill when it's absolutely not.

Looks like he was heavily groomed because he had the building blocks.
Given a marketable gimmick which simply doesn't happen anymore, even though it sucked ass. Converted into something main event tier (SOMEHOW). Starts making mistakes. Starts micromanaging everybody with his "I was groomed for this" power. Gets hated by fans because it all has to work in the ring. Gets adored (?)(Real source needed) by younger fans that don't know any better. Starts being tolerated as he works with younger talent.
They had to create major major heel power with Roman to bring Cena back to main event status again. It'll probably finally work this time.

Cena's more of a Hollywood actor now that comes by once in a while, he's likely just there just to be fed to Roman, who was Cena 2.0 but finally now a heel. Either way, seeing a whole crowd of people be pro cena is something I haven't seen since 2005, when he started to be groomed as the face of the company. 10 years ago at MiTB he was booed by everyone in that match he has with CM Punk.

Thuganomics Cena was unbelievably based. Then they over pushed him and killed it. All he needed to be was some wigger midcarder and work the occasional uppercard angle. If they had done this with him and allowed other young talent to get a chance besides Cena WWE wouldn't be in the state it is today. Cena would be beloved and unironically a much bigger star than he is. Everything went wonky and now we are stuck in this shithole alt-reality the CIA cooked up to make the 1% movement go away. I hope it was worth your grandsons castrating themselves and your granddaughters fucking nigger, glowies.

Yeah, ever since Kurt Angle, they've been trying to fast push someone to the absolute top of the card from no buildup.
It's like the fluke of the Wrestling World completely destroyed the business because everybody got lazy.
Of course they tried it before with other stars, and it never worked.
Then it does work, and they force the technique on the business.
I remember being so pissed off when Lesner won the title within a year of being in the business.
