Maybe part of it is that it seems out of place in the environment to me (I've only seen the first two Alien movies a long time ago), but a bigger problem is that it seems too human-like to me. It reminds me of this rightfully deleted scene from the original.

Seeing one of the writers saying that those who didn't understand the show don't have media literacy and not understanding that the show is about the evil of capitalism and ableism just makes my hatred for the show increase.
