I really don't like the idea of digital art, but it seems a thousand times easier

I don't like the idea either, but the very least it seems like it could be a good way to ease yourself into visual art.

No. I used to draw a lot as a kid but never got very good. I wasn't very focused on improving. Maybe at some point I'll really get into it. If I ever do, I'm going to have to work on my anatomy. If that happened, I think old-fashioned illustrations are what I would be aiming for.

Unfortunately, I think I've got too much on my plate as far as hobbies are concerned. Getting good at drawing is pretty far down on my list of priorities.

I draw on a tablet with a stylus and, while traditional is more SOVL… the convenience makes the hobby a lot more viable on a busy schedule like my own, and it's what I'd recommend. I find Samsung to be a good option software wise, and many of their offerings come with a stylus. I like to use the Sketchbook app from the Google Play Store, it suits all of my needs.
