RE9 is something I can reasonably expect, since it's on REX engine, which is like one of the only examples in recent times of a major dev optimising their core engine, after the complete performance disaster that was Monster Hunter Wild's launch.

What is fucking schizo-crazy delusion is that Capcom actually seems to be intending on getting Monster Hunter Wilds itself ported to the Switch 2 based off of datamined images. Either they're going to work a miracle voodoo magic code, or it's going to be a second plan hitting the twin towers.

To think they finally picked up the scrapped idea of Leon teaming up with Sherry after the nothingburger that was 7 and Village, only for the female co-protagonist being so fucking lame forcing you to play as her: she can only use one handgun and can't fight for shit (here's you Dark Souls difficult, bro) and Sherry's role got limited as a voicemail.
