The police figured out how to deal with livestreamers: simply play music so their streams are stopped right away. All you need is a cheap radio that has a speaker on it tuned into any current music station. People serious about livestreaming will know what you're doing and avoid you as too many copyright infringement strikes on their content results in their account permanently banned with no way to fix it.
