It can be used by criminals to hurt people, but then why the fuck would you be implementing age verification to ban children from porn sites instead of implementing some sort of internet ID so you can catch the predators? Porn sites are not where they get groomed. They get groomed on facebook and instagram and shit. Shit they can still use with age verification.

This whole thing is nonsense and I can't tell if true stupidity is motivating it or if there are ulterior motives but usually when it appears to be the former it turns out to be the latter. Maybe they want to make it appear they're doing something while retaining the status quo that allows the wealthy to rape kids with impunity.
