How do you plan story? I got like premise, characters gonna do this and that, the gwneral idea of the scene... but i actually dont knowWHAT should be happening.Like if theyre gonna put out fire, they d use water but where does that water should be from?

WHAT should be happening.

Like if theyre gonna put out fire, they d use water but where does that water should be from? A well nearby? What if no well is present? Then it ll be a scene of failing to put fire.

But if theres water and they re still panicking, it d look kinda wrong.
