^season with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Also "greens and beans" which is beans, salt, pepper, chilli powder, cilantro, and peas. Heat on a pot and drain.

Cook bacon
Sautée garlic and onion in bacon fat
Add kale and balsamic vinegar
Pressure cook some amount to soften kale.

Steam broccoli till it's just al-dente or just past
Melt extra sharp cheddar over it

Portobello mushrooms- use the recipe that has you sub them in for burgers
Melt provolone on them
Put it on top of a burger so it's like a double cheese burger.
