They've been making cartoons for the same people for decades now. Kids from the 90s and 2000s never mentally grew up and are the main consumers of a lot cartoons. As decades passed, good cartoons stopped being made because the same audience that grew up watching all this are hacks themselves and could never make a decent cartoon, instead all they can do is push the gay agenda. Additionally, adult animation has picked up a bit recently so that so that these same manchildren won't feel that embarrassed when they tell others they watch it.
In conclusion, no. Cucktoons suck now and haven't been good since the 2000s.
