I'm a Murican so English is the standard for me. If I were to listen to a foreign language it would have to be Romantic. Not a fan of Cyrillic either.

That's a writing system, not a language, so I guess you have no problem with spoken Russian, so go enjoy some Tarkovsky kino or if you want something closer to English, how about some Ingmar Bergman cinema?
