Anime obviously has its based and non-based things:

TL;DR the Japanese wanna race-mix with us because they do fetishize us, but they also greatly admire Westerners. The race-mixing in their media isn't always necessarily propaganda that was made because of Jewish plans to destroy us. I often see tales in older Japanese Isekai where a female or male protagonist saves a Western World of White people from destroying themselves or demonic evil. Yeah, it typically puts them in the dominate position or the position of savior, but that is a lot healthier for a race than ALL Whites often putting themselves in the roles of suicidal self-hating savior/the bad guys of stories they write with Jews/invaders being the good guys.
