That can be true in some cases, but I wouldn't say it is in the big picture sense necessarily. There are the ones who will adhere to whatever their parents or authority figures tell them to believe, and then there are there's the more contrarian type. Then you get all the ones who are a mix of the two tendencies.

More often than not, autistic people are superior to normal people, because they lack what they have and thus can't have it taken away from them. However, in many cases their fixation with being accepted and trying to emulate what they can never have can cause them to go crazy.

IKTF very well. With age, you come to accept certain things. Its the world that needs to change, high-functioning autistic people are truly a higher class of human. There's nothing wrong with being someone with good moral character and a bit idealistic.
