 No.373249

>When petty criminal Luke Jackson (Paul Newman) is sentenced to two years in a Florida prison farm, he doesn't play by the rules of either the sadistic warden (Strother Martin) or the yard's resident heavy, Dragline (George Kennedy), who ends up admiring the new guy's unbreakable will. Luke's bravado, even in the face of repeated stints in the prison's dreaded solitary confinement cell, "the box," make him a rebel hero to his fellow convicts and a thorn in the side of the prison officers.

>In Lexington, Mass., in the mid-1770s, British renegade officer Capt. Walter Butler (Lionel Barrymore) struggles to enlist the aid of Indians against the tide of colonists rebelling for independence. Meanwhile, impoverished farmer Nathan Holden (Neil Hamilton), who is in love with aristocrat Nancy Montague (Carol Dempster), reluctantly joins the Patriots - only to find himself eventually battling Nancy's stern father, Justice Montague (Erville Alderson), and arrogant brother, Charles.

NEXT WEEKS THEME: Movie that offends you personally (you must explain why it offends you, no generic "because it's jewish subversion" answer)

>Movie that offends you personally
Where do I begin?

Peter Pan & Wendy, The Little Mermaid: Race swaps of classical characters everybody knows that are in the public domain are very cynically done to cash grab brown money. Make all the new IPs with nons you want for all I care, don't mess with the classics.

The Crow remake: shouldn't even have been remade, they made Eric Draven look lame with short hair and all the tattoos in a cynical appeal to young tattooheads, and his girlfriend is an ugly sheboon.

Thor Ragnarok: A black Norse god, do I even need to say it?

Alice in Wonderland: You had one job, you're making a live-action "Alice in Wonderland" movie, and you don't even make Alice a little girl?
<ackshuyally it's a sequel when Alice is grown-up, in which she goes BACK to Wonderland
Which is even worse, because you're making additions to the story that Lewis Carroll wouldn't have approved.

God, I hate hollykikes raping of classic Aryan fairytales as well. I also always disliked how they removed the sense of playful evil from Pan himself, it was implied in the original that he killed off the lost boys once they got to old.

People say he killed off the Lost Boys when they grew up, but the idea is based on an interpretation of one line in the play, "thin out," which can have more than one meaning. I like to think he merely removed them from Neverland, since there wasn't a scene of him whacking them, and since murder doesn't fit his character.

Perhaps the Lost Boys who grew up joined Captain Hook's band of pirates?

 No.373286

>>373283
Yeah, the thing with that theory is that it implies Hook is perhaps better than he is let onto be. I know hollyids have tried to invert the tale, but in all honesty Pan isn't exactly a moral character in the modern context. He's meant to be a raw unfiltered representation of infinite youth.
>>373281
That's assuming the best, but perhaps I am assuming the worst.

>cash grab for brown money
Shitskins don't watch those and the ones who do are pirates. The only paying customers "showing support to the creators" are white libtard redditors.
