it's about 70% pure detective mental puzzle autism, with about 20% of it being romantic comedy stuff in the style of Urusei Yatsura or Ranma 1/2, a small portion of which involves Conan being a shota. But as far as anime goes it's one of the tamer shows and never gets extremely sexual.
(The last 10% is miscellaneous and includes sports and Mission Impossible | Die Hard type stuff).
