Although Japanese manga aren't much better in that regard, they don't universally push for what we would call woke shit like Western comics do. At this point the Japanese doodles still have absolutely everything for absolutely everyone, so at least you have a choice. Despite this, some of the more hardcore Japanese autists are already saying that you should forget the newer titles and embrace just the classics. A good example of something that pissed them off was that manga about a Muslim girl living in Japan and her struggles in adapting to a country that is so far removed from Muslim standards. I can't imagine how they would have felt had their comics industry went down the same path as the Western one at the same speed.
