In the '90s there was a reality travel show that aired on E! after midnight called "Wild On…". They would go to beaches and discotheques and show hot young women dancing in thongs and things like that. Eventually, enough fundies must have complained because they began to pixelate the asses.

I remember renting it because we didn't get HBO, it was edgy but not that great.

It was aired on the Sci-Fi channel and perhaps Spike after that, they originally showed Mai in the thong but in later broadcasts it got censored. They never did show the nipples on cable.

Adult Swim/Toonami were pretty good about not censoring the violence, but I do not recall much in the way of sexual content.

They made me go to bed at 11pm and also there was only one tv in the house with cable access and in the boonies you get like 1 or 2 channels with just an antenna back then. Nothing was there to watch but appliance direct at night if i broke the rules. It was impossible to sneak into the living room to watch tv past bedtime even if they allowed you to be awake. I had a small handheld tv that got the signal, old cable wires leaked the signal somehow, and it was taken away and pawned. I asked for it back one day and he said 'what tv' so I'm sure he pawned it. Breaking the rules could lead you to being incarcerated basically so I had to behave. During the day either kids watched cartoons or the man of le household watched science fiction. I never got to watch shit myself hardly ever and never ever at night. We also had precious little video games and were not allowed to ask for any electronic for our bdays nor xmas.
