if i recall rightly that dude who'd been blue balling over Babydoll throughout the entire movie at the end tries to kisses her but she says back to him that he'll never have her before she gets lobotomized

there was also mentions that there's a scene of Babydoll's step farther actually having sex with her but it's only from a flashback that only lasts like about a couple minutes
