I people value minimalism and (((expression))) over practice and method. Art has always been a sort of science in a ways to capture the real world within pen and paper (or what have you). Artists back then were more valued on their personal impact on society, i.e. doing the actual effort of getting your work out in the public view. And that needs to be accepted by the public first off in order to make that climb. Now a days all the shit art is funded my rich Freemasons and Jews. Then they flaunt it all over the internet so idiots will see it and think thats acceptable.

The primacy of the image has been degraded. I'm speaking of painting mostly here. Modern arts quality can only be described in words, transcendly beautiful art needs no explanation for a person who knows nothing about the art, medium, artist, or it's history. If a piece of art cannot presumably be appreciated at some level by a small child, a hunter-gather, a retard, a poor individual, a rich individual, a art critic, a individual from the distant past, a woman, ect. than it is missing something essential.

It's not Moderenist, it's post-modernist now.
