The level design is good, the soundtrack is great, I love the vibe of the seaside fantasy town, and the story is intriguing and involves time travel. You can easily acclimate to the buggyness and unfinishedness, and I personally always viewed it as funny and something that only added to the charm.
The fanmade remake of this game that doesn't change anything about the level design, but just fixes the bugs and physics is extremely well-receieved. That proves these YouTube frauds were always lying about this game. It's a mob mentality, and this game is farmed for clicks from YouTube slop watchers who have never played it and will never play it. "Power" gamer disappoints yet again by continuing his streak of never giving an off-color opinion on a video game.
