>>10508I grew up with the SEGA Disney titles and loved them, they were mostly great afterall… but man, now that I'm finally getting into the Nintendo titles by Capcom, I can see what I missed out on. I've finished DuckTales and DuckTales 2 recently, both NES and Game Boy versions, and they're sublime, I wish there was more, anyways QuackShot, Lucky Dime Caper or even Deep Duck Trouble are still ahead for me, but these titles were great and I wish I played them then, glad I finally did.
SEGA and Capcom at their peaks… man, us Disney fans were eating good in the 90's, huh? I miss those days.

>>13339Yugioh has some great titles, I particularly liked, World Championship 2008 and Tag Force Special.
There is a spiritual successor to Shandalar called MTG Forge, I haven't played it though. It's apparently pretty fleshed out.
The pokemon games are pretty neat too, I played the first one and I imagine 2 is more of the same.
I steer clear of any tcg video games anymore other than Hearthstone for the reasons you described. Hearthstone actually made a lot of solo adventure content and it was great, but they gave up on it and haven't released any more in three years or so. The game balance also sucks now so I wouldn't recommend HS to any new players.

>>13549Didn't the GLA already have an air force in ShockWave? I know they have the wimpy balloons, but I don't recall if they had any other units.

>>13555Deathstrike (GLA salvage general) is the only one that has any actual air units. Mi-8s and some type of prop plane that has phosphorus bombs.
>>13558You can actually nullify this thing completely by shooting the ground with another weapon that leaves contamination as soon as it explodes (either a toxin tractor or nuke cannon) but you have to be fast. In mods that give you better AA units with more damage the faster you get those the safer you will be

My brother figured out how to pirate all the episodes of Doom and Doom 2, but other than that it was sharewares all day every day when my dad wasn't working.
