Wrong, it's a lack of knowing the surroundings and the pride of wanting to build a cool western city in the middle of an eastern desert.
Both combined gave place to a city that has shit-tier sewage system and codes, poor hydro routing and massively subsidized public systems. It is of no wonder to know behind all of this is the work of the pajeet social class.
