Could be. They're saying the drones are immune to radar detection, so they're pseudo-stealth. Intercepting them with surface-to-air or air-to-air missiles could be a problem, because they are small. They seem too prosaic to be "UAPs," but on the other hand bi-directional mimicry seems to be something anomalous craft engage in. UFOs also have a history of flying over military installations, and there have apparently been UFO sightings over bases in the past that sound a lot like the drones reported. I've also read a few accounts of weird circumstances around seeing them. One person said they watched an orb turn into one of the "drones." There was also that /x/ poster a while ago who claimed that aliums have an underwater factory in the Atlantic pumping out task-specific custom vehicles, and the New Jersey objects have supposedly been seen coming from the ocean. That guy could just have been a larper for all anyone knows though.

I've seen some people speculating that aliens are going to gradually start showing themselves and that they're basing their vehicles' appearance off familiar aircraft to not be too startling. On the other hand, there was a wave of sightings in 2019 over parts of Colorado and Nebraska that is said to have been pretty similar to what we're seeing now.

Right now it's all just guesswork as to who or what's behind this.

I doubt that. Project Blue Beam is just Christfag shit about NASA faking an alien invasion to destroy the Abrahamic religions and usher in the age of the antichrist. I think a more plausible conspiracy would be them sending advanced drones up in the sky to create false UFO incidents to poison the well, but that seems like it's backfiring given that it's gotten way more people observing the skies. There are stories from people who say they've been seeing orbs, which would be a sign that there could be non-human intelligence at play.

If we ever were about to make open contact with benevolent aliens, I definitely wouldn't put it past the government to create false flag incidents to demonize them. And if malevolent ones were involved, it wouldn't surprise me if they tried pushing them as savior figures who have come to rescue us if we're willing to hand all control over to them.

I think the problem is there is no concensus on the savior vs invader scenario, im sure they could and would have pulled this off a long time ago if given a good chance.
