I am getting really sick.
A few days ago my body finally decided to give up and give me a proper warning. Not a small one but a propper "sit your ass down or I'll drop you" kind of warning.
The stomach and back pain was so insane that my guys literally rushed me to the closest big hospital. They did blood tests and all the other fun things and turns out… severe anemia + pancreatitis. Great combo..
So now I'm on a stupid strict bed regime. Eat, drink water, don't be a hero. Doctors told me I can either stay 5 days in hospital for IV drips or get them done at our base by our combat medics who actually know what they're doing. Obviously I chose the base but after these 5 days I still need to go to Kyiv for full checkups, scans, everything.
Honestly, it's just my body telling me that living on caffeine, energy drinks, stress, no sleep and "I'll eat later" doesn't work forever. Mental health was already a mess, now the physical part also joined the party. I'm not complaining, just explaining because people asked why I got the bandage after IV drips yesterday. I'll have those bandages for the next four days too.
After that I go to Kyiv and let the hospital scan me like I'm some airport luggage. We'll see what they find. I'm exhausted. Still in pain but the IV helps a bit. I'm trying to sleep but forcing myself to rest and not touch my fundraisers or my work is honestly harder than the pain.
I just want to do everything and my body decided it's not the time.
