I probably believe in more individual liberties than the Founding Fathers did, but individual rights have to be balanced with collective rights. That's what today's libertarians and "classical liberals" don't understand. They're all about individual selfishness above all. If a new U.S. constitution was written again, that part would ideally be plainly spelled out and allow for dealing with violators of the collective rights of the nation. I think prominent anti-whites would have to be cracked down on, for example. Unfortunately, there would be a delicate balancing act between individual freedom and collective freedom.
