they create pressure waves in the ether and the nature of the shape the pressure waves form creates a situation where where attraction and repulsion can be created. if you try to put the "north" side of the magnet to the "north" of another, the high pressure ridges will overlap and cause a repelling effect, if you put the "south" side of a magnet to the "north" of another the high and low pressure ridges will neutralize each other, creating an attracting effect in the process. the attraction and repulsion is created because when given a chance to equalize, that is what things do.

These are modern scientists though, so they don't really do research and are just selected by their Jewish paymasters to distract the goyim with false ideas presented as facts.

Most of what scientists do now is write grants, which means they attempt to convince politicians that the mumbo jumbo they claim to be working on is worth billions of dollars in the long run and deserves funding. Their careers are entirely based on who tells the most convincing lies about their research, not about who's a better scientist. They're professional bullshitters.
