Both Caesar and House are based individuals, slavery is bad for different reasons than libtards think, although caesars particular methods work much better than tradional enslavenent. House is a coomer and his lack of caring about morals due to being a degenerate autist in a coffin make sense because he is more machine than man anymore, that being said it is an issue that would need to be addressed by someone else outside of the immortality chamber he resides in. The NCR was only decent when it had its bases female dictator, any democracy or republic that isn't exclusive to a quality and loyal elite is bound to fail and history has shown that unlike more traditional societies they degrade far faster than most, see AmeriKKKa for a real world example. Bottom line is the NCR, even if it actually does have some right wing values is destined for failure like both House and Caesar Assert. Shame there is no mod where the player can gain a 4 way alliance between Caeasar, House, the Brotherhood of steel and the enclave remneants to finally bring the old world to a crashing end once and for all.

Overall, however, I like upgrading the robot army THEN disabling House for the wildcard ending more than anything. I always like bringing the ex-Enclave and Khans along to the dam, too. I see it as granting amnesty to them along with the Boomers. Feels like a good payoff to cripple both invading forces and become the new dictator after being forced to do all the legwork for so long.
NCR is gay, but I see both House and Legion sharing culpability for the player character getting wrapped up in the conflict, former because Benny tries to ice you and latter because the butthurt fanatical nigger Ulysses puts you on the chopping block in the first place (I also like to nuke both Legion and NCR at the end of the DLC). Of course, the player character should always have the most agency, but that doesn't change the fact he or she should reap the most reward too. It feels like you're cucking out and fulfilling someone else's dream in any ending besides wildcard. I'd rather make a new nation of my own philosophy.
