If it doesn't have vegetable seed oils but has dairy, the milk is pasteurized deleting the nutrients and enzymes in it among other things done in the process. In USA, raw milk as an ingredient is practically illegal to sell. Most soy based scientists believe raw milk will kill you. Even eggs in USA are Louis Pasteurized. I thought cheese used to be bad if it was made from vegetable seed oils like American cheese, but the pasteurization and wrapping in plastic does enough damage on its own too.
